O'Bannon Publishing Co. will close Monday, Sept. 2, in observance of Labor Day, prompting early deadlines for the Sept. 4 issues of the Clarion News and The Corydon Democrat.
Copy for the Style section of the Clarion News and the Flair and Community sections of The Corydon Democrat should be in the office by 10 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday). This includes engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birth announcements, news items for churches, nursing homes, homemakers, reunions, 4-H and military, as well as Looking Ahead.
The deadline for letters to the editor and legal advertising for both newspapers is noon tomorrow.
Classifieds and classified display advertising should be in the office by noon Friday for the Clarion News and by 5 p.m. that day for The Corydon Democrat.
