The 58th annual Old Capital Invitational, held at Old Capital Golf Club in Corydon, will take place on Friday, June 7, and Saturday, June 8.
The format is two days, 36 holes with Friday's 18-hole round used to determine flight placement for Saturday's final round. Saturday's flight play will use a 10-percent improvement rule with the exception of the championship flight.
The event is open to all male amateur golfers.
Senior flights (ages 55 and older) must declare prior to teeing off Friday. Super seniors (70 and older) will tee from gold tees, while ages 55 to 69 will tee from the white tees.
All participants will tee off from hole No. 1.
The entry fee is $165 per player ($150 for Old Capital Golf Club members). Entry includes two 18-hole tournament rounds with cart, one 18-hole practice round with a $20 cart fee required (can be played anytime after May 28 with the exception of weekends where tee times must be after 1 p.m.), range balls, tee prize, comeback round for $20 to non-members or free cart round for members, two champion's dinner tickets (Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m.) and cash bar/band from 9 to 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night.
Those who prepay by May 10 will be entered into additional drawings.
Prizes will be distributed between the flights. Almost $10,000 in 2018 was paid out to the field. Skins game is optional. Hole-in-one and other contests will take place on the par-3s.
