Descendants of Jacob and Katherine Foremann Richert will gather in the Grove at St. Peter's Lutheran Church Sunday, Aug. 2. A potluck meal will be served at 12:30 p.m. Bring a dish or two to share, lawn chairs, pictures, memories and updates.

Lynch family reunion will be Saturday, Aug. 1, in the Corydon Baptist Church basement, located along S.R. 135 in Corydon. Doors will open at 10 a.m.
Pitle reunion will be Sunday, Aug. 9, at noon at the Rock Springs Church shelter house in Valeene, off Valeene-Hardinsburg Road. Everyone is invited. Bring pictures.
American Legion Post 84 will have a member-customer appreciation day Saturday, Aug. 1, with lunch served at 1 p.m. at the post home at Marengo. The Legionnaires bi-monthly meeting will be Monday, Aug. 3, at 7:30 p.m.
