Highland Baptist Church will have "Amazing Wonders Aviation" Vacation Bible School Monday through Friday, June 25 through 29. From 6:30 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, there will be Bible study, missions, music, crafts and games for children age 4 through those who just completed the sixth grade. On Friday, there will be a closing program and carnival for the entire family beginning at 6:30 p.m. Students will participate in a short program with VBS songs and will be given attendance certificates. Household of Faith, Assembly of God Church in Crandall will host a fish fry Friday, June 22, at the Crandall Masonic Lodge along Oak Street. Serving will begin at 5 p.m. Adult meals will be $7; children 10 and younger can eat for $3. Carry-outs will be available.
