One of your regular readers, Clayton East, sent your column to my youngest sister, Marcia Husk Douglas, who forwarded it to siblings. The reader who composed the letter obviously has a wonderful memory and described the "old days" very well. I thank her for the kind words she said about our father, Rev. G. R. Husk. He was an energetic man, devoted to God and mankind. While he and Mother had very little money, they became parents of 14 babies and 12 lived to adulthood. We are pleased they could help their neighbors and friends. They were wonderful people.
