I thank all of the 1,200 (and growing) concerned citizens for their support. The support has been heartwarming and encouraging. We have all done so much for being a grassroots group that has just formed in the last 4-1/2 months. It shows what a community can accomplish to protect their families, homes, land, drinking water and precious Blue River.
I have been saying, from the beginning, that the selected sight for the proposed biomass incinerator is not the right place. I have said that we don't have enough water, approximately 500,000 gallons a day, to sacrifice.
We are a group of people from all walks of life who range in age and professions, who have the common sense to figure out the facts of how this will affect this community.
I appreciate your continued support and concern. If you would like to show your support by putting a sign in your yard, they are available for free. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us. Let's just say NO, we don't want this biomass incinerator here.
Thank you again for your support.
