It was in the paper a few weeks ago if anyone took a dog to another county had it shot it was a felony.
My dog that I cared about and took care of for two years was hauled off and shot by a neighbor. I asked this person; he owned up to me that he hauled him off and won't be coming back. I wanted to know what happened. He wouldn't tell me. I had to know. I took this person to court. He owned up in court that he was hauled off and was shot.
He didn't deserve to die that way. He had feelings; no matter whose he is, no animal deserves that. This person got by with it. No felony charges were filed for abuse or cruelty to animals, as was stated in the paper a few weeks ago.
My dog didn't deserve to die that way. Why did the law let him get by without something being done? How many more animals will be taken to another county and shot before something is done?
