We are blessed to live in a community that is filled with caring, generous people who continually demonstrate that they take an interest in each other and the quality of life we all share. The Melissa DeLuca Foundation experienced this outpouring of support in the last three years when it hosted an event in Southern Indiana to raise funds to fight breast cancer. We are grateful to hundreds of you for stepping up to address this worthwhile and needed cause by attending.
This year, the Clark Memorial Hospital Foundation is taking the lead, with support from the Melissa DeLuca Foundation, in planning the fourth annual Triumph Gala on Derby Eve to generate funds for our hospital's breast cancer initiatives. We hope the community will again take advantage of the opportunity to celebrate with us on Friday, May 4, at Kye's I and II. The food, entertainment, music by Jamey Aebersold Jazz and 100% Poly, celebrity silent auction and much more will be enveloped in a festive atmosphere that befits the famous weekend.
But, as with any successful endeavor, it takes all of us. Will you help by purchasing tickets with friends? Or becoming a corporate sponsor? Or donating auction items? Details are available online at www.triumphgala.com or by calling 1-812-283-2105. We'd love to hear from you.
Individuals, workplaces, families and friends will find the evening to be a special time of fellowship while making a difference in so many lives. Together, we will continue to promote community health while celebrating hope, survival and life. Join us to party with a purpose on Derby Eve.
