Health care law violates Constitution

I certainly agree with Beverly King in your article ("Health care law debate lingers despite 5-4 ruling") in the Clarion News on July 11, 2012.

I want to go further and present an idea I would like to present to the ones trying to overturn the law.

1. Taxes are imposed on what you have, not what you don't have. Therefore, it is unconstitutional.

2. Members of the Supreme Court are not above the law. Therefore, John Roberts should be charged with contempt of the Constitution and sent to the pen for life.

3. I am not a lawyer, but I'm 93 years old and I think I have common sense.
