Irma L. Finn

Died: Tuesday, March 04, 2008
Irma Louise Maymon Finn, 75, Byrneville died Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at her home.

Born April 6, 1932, in Byrneville, she was the daughter of the late Virgil E. and Emma Myrtle Fouts Maymon.

She was a retired coordinator of Harrison County Superior Court, and a member of Democrat Womenís and Menís Club and Byrneville Community of Christ Church (formerly the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.)

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim S. Finn, and two brothers, Robert and Leroy Maymon.

Survivors include a daughter, Beth Ann Durbin of Georgetown; two brothers, Harlan Ray Maymon of Byrneville and Irvin Maymon of Pittsboro; a sister, Dorris Byrne of New Albany; a grandson; and a surrogate granddaughter.

Visitation: Friday, March 7, from 1 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, March 8, after 9 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.

Funeral: Saturday, March 8, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Byrneville Cemetery.

Officiant: Elder Sherrill Satterfield.

The family suggests memorial gifts to Glenn Wood Hills Camp Ground or American Cancer Society.
