Mary A. Wooldridge

Died: Monday, September 14, 2009
Mary Angela Wooldridge, Palmyra, formerly of Grayson County, Ky., died Monday, Sept. 14, 2009, at Indian Creek Health & Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.

Born April 15, 1928, she was the daughter of the late William Asa Milliner and Pearl Ellen Conder Milliner.

She was a member of the first graduating class of St. Paulís High School, a homemaker and a member of St. Michaelís Catholic Church and St. Michaelís Quilting Circle.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Wooldridge.

Survivors include five children, Joseph Wooldridge of Palmyra, Patricia Wooldridge Howard of Louisville, Ruth Wooldridge Bendickson of Tucson, Ariz., Phillip Wooldridge of Greenville, S.C., and John Wooldridge of Pocahontas, Ill.; two sisters, Lucille Milliner Bowman of Warner Robins, Ga., and Betty Milliner of Shelbyville, Ky.; two brothers, Donald Milliner of Louisville and Kenneth Milliner of Shelbyville, Ky.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation: Thursday, Sept. 17, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 18, after 8 a.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.

Funeral: Friday, Sept. 18, at 10 a.m. at St. Michaelís Catholic Church in Bradford followed by burial in St. Michael Parish Cemetery.
