Iloff H. Duncan

Iloff Harris (Pete) Duncan, 82, Marengo, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Louisville.

Born Aug. 19, 1930, in Morganfield, Ky., he was the son of the late Audra and Bertha Heffington Duncan.

He was a coast-to-coast truck driver, a member of the Marengo United Methodist Church and an Air Force veteran.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Robert Harris Duncan; a daughter, Teri Lynn May; two sisters, Grace Cowan and Mary Lee Cook; and a brother, Jimmy Ray Duncan.

Survivors include his wife, the former Ina Mae Bullington of Indianapolis; three sons, William A Duncan of Puerto Rico, Steven T. Duncan of Eckerty and Scott W. Duncan of Marengo; two daughters, Patricia Payton of Marengo and Audrey (A.J.) Pevlor of Milltown; a brother, Hamlet Duncan of Corydon, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

Visitation: Friday, Jan. 4, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 5, after 9 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Milltown.

Funeral: Saturday, Jan. 5, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with interment in Duncan Cemetery near Morganfield, Ky.

Officiant: Brother Chris Brown.
