The Floyd Central Lady Highlanders suffered a setback Saturday night, Nov. 23, in their game against the visiting Castle Lady Knights. First, they were without starter Grace Suer, who suffered a season-ending hip injury during their game against Scottsburg. Then freshman Hallie Mosier suffered a knee injury during warmups. Later in the game, Floyd Central sophomore Kendall Brown suffered a shoulder injury that was to later be evaluated at a medical facility. With all of that going on, the Lady Highlanders got hammered by Castle in a 57-29 loss. ...more >>

To look at Bloomington South running back Maveric Thiery, one might not think he would be able to do much on the football team at just 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 155 pounds.
