The Crawford County Wolfpack golf team and the Paoli Rams battled through 18 holes at the Donald Ross Golf Course in French Lick on a hot Memorial Day that started with temps in the upper 80s to around 90 degrees. When the Crawford County Lady Pack started their Class 2A sectional softball game with Providence at Eastern (Pekin) last Monday, it looked like it was going to be a day of doom and despair, as the Lady Pack were completely off their game. Enter a small thunderstorm to create a lightning delay to allow Crawford County to regroup.
