April 7 — Corey Hall, 24, Tell City, use of private land without consent – results in the taking of a deer, Class B misdemeanor, 180-day sentence, zero days executed, 365 days probation, $186 in fines, fees and costs plus probation fees of $50 administrative and $20 per month, must have no contact with the victim and may not enter the property where the offense occurred

July 20 — William K. Burns Jr., 56, Grantsburg, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, Class A misdemeanor, 730-day sentence, 20 days executed, 710 days suspended to probation including 180 days of day reporting, credit for six days, operator’s license suspended for one year, $786 in fines, fees and costs plus probation fees of $100 administrative and $30 per month, must pay $1 per day for day reporting through Hoosier Hills PACT, must complete Alcohol and Drug Offender Program

July 26 — Jamie K. Marksbury, 45, English, possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony, 540-day sentence, 112 days executed, 428 days suspended to probation, credit for 112 days, $886 in fines, fees and costs plus probation fees of $100 administrative and $30 per month, must complete Alcohol and Drug Offender Program
