Aug. 12 — Richard Mark Saladino, 49, dealing in methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine with an amount between 5 and 10 grams, Level 3 felony, previous charge of probation violation, 550-day sentence executed for time served on probation violation with probation terminated unsuccessfully; five-year sentence, three years executed in Indiana Department of Correction, three years suspended to supervised, reporting probation with defendant’s ability to utilize purposeful incarceration/RWI while incarcerated, $286 in fines, fees and costs plus probation fees of $100 administrative and $30 per month
