Oct. 12 — Larry Looney, 64, Rochester, warrants: operating a vehicle while intoxicated after being a habitual offender, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person; released Oct. 15 on own recognizance bond

Oct. 14 — Kristy Woodward, 43, Elizabeth, released on $5,000 (10%) cash bond

Oct. 16 — Patricia Beecher, 21, Indianapolis, out-of-state warrant: battery against a public safety officer, false informing, disorderly conduct, intimidation – defendant draws deadly weapon, public intoxication, attempt to escape, false identity statement, identity deception

Judgments

April 22 — Daniel Kenley, 30, English, failure to register as a sex offender, Level 6 felony, 730-day sentence all to be executed, credit for 530 days, 1,122 days probation (consecutive to 547 days probation on previous charge), must abide by all sex offender requirements, complete counseling and day reporting, $286 in fines, fees and costs plus probation fees of $100 administrative and $30 per month, 180 days of day reporting through Hoosier Hills PACT ($1 per day fee), must have no contact with the victim, must be evaluated by LifeSpring Health Systems and comply with all recommendations

Sept. 28 — Brian E. Coch-
ran, 25, Mauckport, operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to 0.15 or more, Class A misdemeanor, 270-day sentence, four days executed, 266 days suspended, 180 days reporting misdemeanor probation, $686 in fines, fees and costs plus probation fees of $50 administrative and $20 per month

Oct. 12 — Andrea D. Beasley, 56, Marengo, possession of methamphetamine, Level 5 felony, three-year sentence, 213 days executed, credit for 213 days, 882 days suspended, two years probation with the first six months on high-risk probation, $886 in fines, fees and costs plus probation fees of $100 administrative and $30 per month, must have no contact with victim, must complete Alcohol and Drug Offender Program
