Floyd County Historical Society

Elsa Strassweg Auditorium of the New Albany-Floyd County Public Library, located at 180 W. Spring St. in New Albany. Tim Allen and Pam Peters will present the program “Freedomland Cemetery, a Perspective.” Allen has spent thousands of hours on the ground at Freedomland on a mission to “Locate the Lost.” Peters is a local author of several books, including “The Underground Railroad in Floyd County, Ind.,” and is a board member the Floyd County Historical Society.
